Madame Archel cracked the whip and commanded me to get a LiveJournal account. Of course, she turned out to be a narcissistic bitch, which is one reason I never turn up here anymore.


I'm smart, and I tend to mock the world, and I dabble in many different things, but I'm also intensely passionate about the things I really care about.


I am not "laid back" or "easygoing"; I have in fact been described as "tightly wound", though I like to think that I'm tightly wound in a good-natured sort of way, and I'm beloved by animals and small children. Also, I have a tragic physiological disability that prevents me from smiling on cue, but I'll laugh if you're funny (I'll try to restrain myself if you're funny even though you didn't mean to be).


I'm usually blunt, sometimes at the wrong times, but I'm also the sweetest person you'll ever meet. Wait, no, I meant "refreshingly honest".


I live in Meadowview, Virginia. It's almost directly in the center of nowhere.


Finally, I must stress that I'm horribly, horribly shy. People I don't know frighten me. Sometimes even people I do know but not all that well frighten me. You frighten me. However, if you approach carefully and offer me candy, I tend to respond well (unless you're an exclusively attached female and try to flirt with me, in which case you're very, very naughty and need to be spanked--by whomever you're attached to, obviously, and not by me).
